At Hydramels, we take pride in creating small-batch, handcrafted skincare and herbal elixirs. Each product is made with intention, time, and care. Due to the nature of our process and the value of the ingredients and craftsmanship, all prices are set and non-negotiable. We do not offer discounts.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Due to the use of natural and organic ingredients, variations in color, texture, and scent are normal and expected. Dissatisfaction with the appearance, texture, or smell of a product does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
