This is mother to mother support, created from my own experience as a mother and my continued learning from tradicional postpartum practices and other women who carry this knowledge. My intention is to create a safe space where a new mother can slow down, feel cared for and be nourished during her transition into motherhood.

Four Visits Restoration Package $600

The 40- Day Journey

Each visit is personalized to the mother’s need , preference and stage of postpartum recovery. 

May Include:

* Gentle womb care that brings warmth into the body 

* Closing of the bones and integration 

* Bathing preparation 

*Time for rest, reflection and conversation. 

* Nourishing meals

* Traditional herbal cleansing or limpia

Individual Services 

  • Body Closing Ceremony   $200

    Provides physical support, encourages comfort during recovery, symbolically helps “close” the body after the opening of pregnancy and birth. This will be accompanied with herbal compress and warm oils, followed by an encaderado ( hip binding)  that will be left overnight to fully bind the body. 

  • Womb Care   $150

    Vaginal herbal steam treatment followed by a gentle abdominal and womb massage with warm oils, rhythmic hip shaking and wrapping with a rebozo and a herbal poultice placed over the lower abdomen to soothe inflammation and pain. 

  • Herbal Postpartum Bath  $125

    A personalized herbal bathing experience with prepared herbs and guidance for a peaceful restorative experience. 

  • Herbal Cleansing Ceremony   $80

    A traditional cleansing ritual using herbs and when appropriate smoke such as palo santo, sage, copal, with the mother’s consent. 

  • Nourishment from the Heart   $85+

    A hearty organic homemade soup prepared with bone broth, seasonal veggies and other ingredients rich in vitamins and minerals that are necessary for the mother’s recovery. Delivered with care so she can stay in rest. 

  • Postpartum Herbal Preparations   $35-$55

    A customized herbal bathing experience blend or other herbal preparations such as tea blends to use at home. 

  • Extended Restoration Visit   $225-$275

    A longer personalized visit combining multiple rituals and additional time to rest and care.
